La Mauricie National Park

With over 500 wooded and privately landscaped sites, the three campgrounds can accommodate tents, tent-trailers, trailers and motor homes.

Each site is equipped with a fireplace and picnic table, and is located near a drinking water outlet. The service buildings are equipped with washbasins, toilets and showers. Each campground also has a sewage dumping station. Firewood and ice are available for purchase on location.

Bringing firewood into national parks from outside is prohibited . It is important to purchase wood from the park and burn it on site. Diseases and insects can survive in the wood and spread to the surrounding forest. A single log can destroy millions of trees. It is also forbidden to light or maintain fires other than in fireplaces and to use dead or live wood from the park forest.
